Share business resources, information, leads, and ideas in a relaxed environment. No pressure here, just great people. A place to collaborate, ask questions, get help and just talk to other people who understand what it's like to fly solo.

About Dave – By Dave: Expert - Tax Preparation / Tax Audit representation / IRS and FTB Collection Representation I am a Tax Professional with 23 years experience located in Echo Park . I was trained in High Net Worth CPA firms for many tax seasons. At a High Net Worth CPA firm you rarely see a tax return with an income less than 500,000 -- these returns are also inordinately complex -- the best training a tax person can get!
I have a 4 year Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting (one in Marketing also!). I passed the IRS Special Enrollment exam in 1987 -- granting me a license to prepare taxes in all 50 states and represent taxpayers whose tax returns I didn't prepare who have Tax Collection or Audit issues with the IRS. I specialize in Small Business, Individuals, Corporations, LLC's -- about 60% of my clients are in the Entertainment Industry -- Actors, Directors, Producers, Production Companies, etc. I also specialize in IRS Audits, Tax Collection cases and long time non filers.

I don’t charge hourly for tax returns I will meet with you and after discussing your individual situation bid a flat rate for the services you need. Most of my regular yearly clients pay between $500 and $1,500 per year for their tax returns. I don’t charge extra for email and telephone questions during the year and I do encourage you to ask tax and recordkeeping questions as they come up.

I specialize in Tax record keeping systems for my clients. Instruction on how to document all your deductions is included in the price of your tax return. At our first meeting I will generally spend about 1 - 2 hours with you discussing all aspects of recordkeeping. At each future yearly tax meeting I will work to further your understanding of how to properly document your deductions and make you aware of what additional elements you would be confronted with if you’re ever audited. -
